How It Works
No mystery, no meeting marathon.
You tell Donkey about the pile. Donkey tells you, honestly, what happens next. That's the whole process.
You describe the pile
Tell us what's annoying, slow, repetitive, or confusing right now, and what you'd love to happen instead. A few minutes, no meeting required.
Donkey takes a look
We review what you sent and figure out honestly whether it's something we can do well, and roughly what it would take.
You hear back with a real answer
Sometimes that's a proposal. Sometimes it's a couple of sharp questions. Sometimes it's an honest no. See below.
If it's a yes, we build it
Clear scope, a real price, and a plan for how you'll know it actually works before it matters.
What you might hear back
There are four honest answers. Never a maybe that goes nowhere.
A Proposal
We understood the pile well enough to price it. You get a plain-language proposal: what we'll build, what's included, what's not, timeline, price, and how we'll both know it's done.
A Few Good Questions
Sometimes we just need 2–5 precise answers before we can scope it properly. We'll ask over email rather than booking a meeting whenever that works.
A Donkey Dig
For a small paid discovery fee, we dig into a harder problem and hand you a written recommendation: what's really going on, whether it's solvable, and roughly what it would cost. If you build it with us, that fee counts toward the project.
An Honest No
“This one's a little too heavy for Donkey.” We'd rather tell you that now than sell you something we're not confident we can deliver well.
Ready when you are.
No pressure, no sales call required to get a real answer.
